RADIOPAQUE CONTAINING CALCIUM MATERIAL
PURPOSE
«Calcevit» powder is used as therapeutic pad for regeneration of traumatic and inflamed pulp in case of pulpitis (traumatic, acute serous, chronic fibrous). It is also used as a pad under permanent fillings when treating deep caries.
FEATURES
«Calcevit» dental material is produced as dough or powder to be mixed with distilled water until homogenous dough is obtained.
Calcium hydroxide is the main component of the material featuring high pH level (12.5), long bactericidal effect, radiopacity, pulp regeneration, secondary dentine formation, capacity to penetrate deeply into dentine canals and to seal them due to dough-adjuster on water base.
