PHOSPHADENT-BIO
MATERIAL BASED ON OXIDE AND HYDROXIDE CALCIUM
PURPOSE
«Phosphadent-bio» dental material is used for endodontic treatment of infected canals of provisional and permanent teeth, of teeth with difficult root canals. It is also used as sealer in case of filling canals using pins.
FEATURES
«Phosphadent-bio» material is produced as powder/liquid set. «Phosphadent-bio» liquid is water solution of plasticizer. «Phosphadent-bio» powder contains calcium oxide and hydroxide and radiopaque filler. Calcium oxide features necessary effect for successful endodontic treatment:

- it binds residual moisture on root canal walls with carbonic acid providing formaton of calcium hydroxide and carbonate hermetizing micro- and macrocanals;
- it features water absorbing, expansion in the canal and good hermitization of the canal;
- it provides canal sterility and reduces canal inflammation due to long acidic effect (pH 12.8);
- it stimulates reparative regeneration of tissues around canal root.
