BELECT

PURPOSE
Powder «Belect» is used in sand-blast systems for removing packing mass, for preparing frames before kilning, for removing excess ceramic mass and for treating surface of cobaltchromic alloys

FEATURES
«Belect» is a material of white color based on electrocorundum, causing no silicosis and containing 99,5% Al2O3. The material features high strength (a bit less than that of diamond) and high safety.
Powder «Belect» is produced according fractions:
 
90-75 mkm granularity ¹6 For removal of moulding material, training frameworks and the creation of
mechanical retentional surfaces before firing.
 
106-90 mkm granularity ¹8 For removal of moulding material, training frameworks and the creation of
mechanical retentional surfaces before firing.
 
125-106 mkm granularity ¹10 For removal of moulding material and oxide film from alloys with a small
content of precious metals, processing of carcasses and creation of
mechanical retentional surfaces before firing.
 
150-125 mkm granularity ¹12 For removal of moulding material, training frameworks before firing,
removal of surpluses of the ceramic mass of the metal-ceramic crowns.
 
300-250 mkm granularity ¹25 For removal of moulding material, processing of surfaces of noble
and non-precious alloys, training frameworks before firing.
 
355-300 mkm granularity ¹32 For removal of moulding material, surface treatment of
chrome cobalt alloys, training frameworks of base alloys before firing.
 
40-50 mkm granularity Ì50 For removal of moulding material, excess ceramics
with the metal-ceramic crowns, the oxide film with the frameworks of the
precious alloys, ceramic processing before glazing.
