BELOFORM

PURPOSE
Is used for producing exact casting moulds. These moulds are used then for casting whole piece fixed prostheses and dentures using refractory and precious alloys.
 
FEATURES
Universal dental moulding material «Beloform» contains in the structure phosphate, polydisperse quartz, cristobalite, fireresistant knitting substances, and also colloid liquid with modifying and stabilizing additives.
Characteristics of dental moulding materia «Beloform»:

• Working time of moulding mass (by 21-23?Ñ) - 5 min;
• Fluidity -120 mm;
• Hardening time -7-10 min.
• Compression strength (in 2 hours) - not less than 4,0 MPà;
• Compensative widening by hardening - 1,2±0,1%;
• Thermal widening by 900?Ñ - 1,3±0,1%;
• General widening - 2,5±0,2%.

Ìaterial «Beloform» can be used by conditions of 2- «step» order and order of «shock» casting.
