SET OF COLOR DENTAL INDICATORS
«COLOR-TEST № 1» is used for revealing inflammatory processes in soft tissues of oral cavity (Schiller-Pisarev’s test).

PURPOSE
This test evaluates degree of periodontium inflammation and its treatment effect. The test is used for determination of under-gingival tooth deposit and of inflammation area to be treated in case of gingivactomy and parodontal sockets curettage.
FEATURES
The properties of the liquid which contains iodine, potassium iodide and base are determined by the capability of glycogen (which quantity is increasing in case of inflammation) to
«COLOR-TEST №2» – for revealing softened enamel and dentine in case of caries.
PURPOSE
«Color-test № 2» is used:
«Color-test № 2»contains basic fuchsine which adsorbs on damaged protein of tooth hard tissues and gives red-violet coloration to softened enamel and dentine. Healthy tooth - enamel and mineralized dentine at the same time will not be painted. Thus, the dentist can determine the level of surgical intervention.
«COLOR-TEST №3» – for revealing soft and hard deposit and for evaluation of oral cavity hygiene.
PURPOSE
The material contains methylene blue which gives blue color to bacterial dental deposit without coloring tooth hard tissues and mucosa.

For control of removal dental plague and dental tartar and for control of oral cavity.
«COLOR-TEST №4» – for determining sclerosed canals and canal mouth of complicated morphology (see part «Endodontic dental materials»)
