BIOPLAST-DENT

PURPOSE
Is used for fill bone defects in dentistry, oral and maxillofacial surgery:

• Filling of parodontal defects; 
• Filling of defects after cystectomy, resection of the root; 
• Filling holes removed teeth, to prevent atrophy of the contour of the alveolar ridge;
• Filling the cavities with sinus-lifting;
• Reconstruction of alveolar bone;
• Closure of maxillary sinus perforations and perforation of the mandibular canal; 
• as well as in trauma, orthopedic, ophthalmic surgery and other medical fields.

Parodontal gel «Bioplast-Dent» is used for relieve swelling and inflammation of the tissues of the oral cavity in the practice of surgical dentistry, trauma, fractures, splinting of the jaws, as well as for prevention and treatment of parodontitis, gingivitis and stomatitis.
Application of gel «Bioplast-Dent» after surgical operations improves overall metabolism in tissues due to normalization of vascular microcirculation.

FEATURES
«Bioplast-Dent» - highly purified, bioplastic material with preservation of the natural structure on the basis xenocollagen and bone hydroxyapatite containing sulfated glycosaminoglycans within the biological norm (at least 800 mkg/cm3). 
The material is not immunogenic, osteoconductive and osteoinductive, has high biocompatibility and biointegration with patient bone tissue.
Parodontal gel «Bioplast-Dent» contents chondroitin sulfate (sulfated glycosaminoglycans - sGAG), promotes healing of inflamed periodontal due to the synergistic action aimed at reducing the activity of proteolytic enzymes and hyaluronidase bacterial flora. Normalizing the metabolism in the epithelial cells and gum fibroblasts chondroitin sulfate rapidly reduces swelling and gum bleeding, promotes the localization of inflammation, preventing the spread of the surrounding tissues. Chondroitin sulfate significantly improves the condition of dentin and odontoblast exchange.
